It’s very sad that there are so many so called "Engineering" colleges and producing innumerable number of "Engineers". Maybe because the quality is not what one would expect from these young freshers, they are being taken for a ride by most of the employers by deploying them for data entry operations. Of course they’ll have some "fancy" designations and even a decent package which possibly makes them feel pretty good. I guess one can afford it considering the near zero ramp-up time and no creative thinking career path. But many quickly realize that and frustration settles in.
